David Russell

I’m a photographer and communications strategist based in London, though I’ve spent much of the last decade elsewhere — four years in Delhi, and two in Brussels.

Living and working in these cities rather than passing through them has shaped how I see. My photography is an extension of the same instinct that drives my professional work — understanding the changing world and sharing stories about people and places that might otherwise go unnoticed.

I shoot street photography and documentary work, drawn to the texture of everyday life in cities. I’m based in London and available for portrait commissions and documentary projects.
